Zoe Huff

Urban Designer

Zoe Huff graduated with a Masters in Architecture, a Minor in Fine Arts, and a Certificate in Graphic Storytelling from Drury University in 2023. During her time at Drury, she had the opportunity to work with Better Block Springfield, an organization dedicated to improving public space to engage people with the development of their communities. Her time learning with Better Block inspired her passion for urban design and tactical urbanism allowing her to apply innovative ideas to take ordinary unused spaces and turn them into lively and engaging amenities for communities. In addition to urbanism and planning Zoe is an avid painter and sculptor and often enjoys exploring portraiture in her work.

At H3 Studio, Zoe handles much of the ground and representation work from surveying sites and collecting data to mapping, rendering, and modeling graphics throughout any given plan or process. Zoe strives to find not only creative solutions but those that are effective and sustainable as well. Through her graphics, and story telling abilities she is able to communicate complex ideas to the public and contribute to meaningful discussions at all levels of the planning and design process. Beyond graphics and mapping Zoe is also heavily involved in community meetings as an idea developer, discussion facilitator, and photographer making her a key part of the planning engagement process.
